My name is John Bonner. I am a certified Personal Trainer, Exercise Physiologist, Nutritional Counselor and Teacher.  I have over 30 years experience in the industry.

Education:

MS Exercise Science, Oakland University

MS Career Technical Education, Concordia University

BAA Health and Fitness, Central Michigan University

Certification:

Personal Trainer, NCSF

Beyond all of the credentials, I am a real person with a heart condition as well as back and neck issues.  Despite all of that, I was able to drop 50 pounds and am now leaner as a 55 year old grandpa, than I was at 35.  If I can do it, so can you.
