With over 30 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and Exercise Physiologist, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. Additionally, I teach Health Sciences and Sports Medicine at a high school level, so I understand the challenges of balancing work, family, and daily life. I know time is precious and stress is real. Most importantly, I've been in your shoes; on April 1, 2025, I was at my heaviest, but I made the decision to transform my life.
